- Case Context & Evidence: We collect information you provide during the "agentic interview" process, including weather conditions, traffic density, and your narrative of events. We also collect files you upload, such as photographs, diagrams, or dashcam footage.
- Payment Information: While we do not store full credit card numbers, we collect payment status and transaction history associated with your orders.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Uploaded Documents (OCR): When you upload photos of your ticket or license, our system uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to parse and store the text data contained within those images.
- Device and Usage Data: We collect standard web log data, including IP addresses and browser types, to ensure the security and proper function of our application.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following business purposes:
Service Delivery:
To dynamically generate the Request for Trial by Written Declaration (Form TR-205) and Attached Declaration (Form MC-031) populated with your "Statement of Facts".- Eligibility Screening: To verify if your violation code qualifies for a Trial by Written Declaration under California Vehicle Code (CVC) § 40902.
- Transaction Processing: To process your one-time service fee payments via our third-party payment processor.
- Communication: To send you status updates via your dashboard or email (e.g., "Your TBD defense package has been mailed" or "Decision received").
- Security: To protect against fraud, unauthorized access, and to implement login throttling to prevent brute-force attacks.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Information. We only share information with third parties as necessary to provide our services:
